Hi! I’m Sophia! For years, I struggled with low energy, inconsistency, and the pressure of chasing the “perfect” diet. No matter how hard I trained, I felt stuck.

What changed everything was learning how to fuel my body with intention instead of restriction. Once I began making food choices focused on nourishment and fueling my body, rather than restriction and punishment, I found more energy, confidence, and balance, not just in my training, but in every part of my life.

That transformation is why I created Fuel Strong. My passion is helping others break free from the extremes of restriction and diet culture, and instead fuel their bodies with purpose, so they can feel strong, confident, and resilient inside and out.

How It Works:

  • A 30-minute call to discuss your goals, lifestyle, and nutrition habits so we can create a plan tailored to you.

  • A nutrition strategy built around your goals and preferences, macros, portions, or flexible non-tracking, designed to support performance, recovery, and overall well-being.

  • Bi-weekly check-ins to track progress and make adjustments, plus messaging access for guidance, accountability, and questions between sessions.

  • Continue progress after your package with monthly support, check-ins, and adjustments as your goals evolve ($175/month).

My Coaching Journey

I grew up an athlete, playing basketball and even becoming the first female in my high school’s history to play tackle football. My passion for strength and performance grew through years in the weight room and as a competitive CrossFit athlete, where I learned just how essential proper nutrition is for energy, recovery, and results.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Sports & Performance Psychology from Grand Canyon University and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Health Psychology.

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I combine my education, athletic background, and coaching experience to help people fuel their bodies, build lasting habits, and feel confident both inside and outside the gym.
